HANDLING WORKPLACE COMPLAINTS

Create a workplace environment where employees are comfortable speaking up about their concerns. In partnership with your leadership team, our employee relations team conducts third party investigations of your employees' concerns, providing you with a recommendation for resolution, without the emotion, personal feelings, and unintentional bias that can sometimes negatively impact the quality of an investigation and corrective measures.

We provide a unique enhancement to your employee relations process to help strengthen your compliance when handling employee complaints, mitigate risk, and provide employees with options to have their voice heard.

We have two programs:

1. Third Party Employee Relations Review for organizations with an already established process for employee to submit concerns

2. Outsourced Employee Relations Team option, for employers without an internal employee relations team

THIRD PARTY EMPLOYEE RELATIONS REVIEW

For organizations with an already established process for employees to submit complaints

Phrased HR provides a Third-Party Employee Relations Review step in your already established process. This allows employees to have their concern reviewed externally, from an experienced employee relations professional, outside of the organization.

An example of an employee complaint process would be:

Step 1: Open Door Policy - employee submits their concern to their manager or any manager within their hierarchy.

Step 2: Human Resources - employee has their concern reviewed with your organization’s internal human resources team.

Step 3: Third-Party Review- employee has their concern reviewed externally by Phrased HR’s experienced employee relations team. Phrased HR provides a recommendation for resolution to the appropriate leader within your organization.

Employees move through the steps in the process if they are not satisfied with the resolution at the previous steps. Some organizations add another step after Step 2, to include internal HR Leadership or Executive review, prior to the Third-Party Employee Relations Review.
